a pavane to February thaw come and gone

This is my spring fever painting - I look at it every year early on as my sap starts rising (!) The last week has been over freezing and I acclimated to warmth (well - oop nort warm - 40'sF) and today the wind hurt as the temp plunged back to normal (9F). sigh. almost -- but it was too early anyway.

I call it Indignatius changing color.
